Exodus from other parties to YSRCP continues in Andhra Pradesh. Former president of the Social Democratic Party of India Habeebullah joined the YSR Congress Party on Sunday. Habeebullah swifted his loyalties to the YSRCP in the presence of YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at the party headquarters in Lotus Pond.
The YSRCP welcomed Habeebullah and his followers into the party by offering party’s kanduva.
Habeebullah contested the elections in 2014. SDP is a powerful party with deep roots in the Muslim community.
YSRCP MP Mithun Reddy, MLa Ravindra Reddy and party leader Hafiz Khan were present on the occasion.
On Monday, Former Wakf Board chairman Ismail has joined the YSR Congress Party on Monday.
He joined the YSRCP along with a large number of his followers in the presence of Nandyal incharge Silpa Mohan Reddy.
