Shakalaka Shankar is now Shankar!

Shakalaka Shankar needs no introduction. Popular comedy show Jabardasth has brought him good recognition and everyone recognizes him when said Shakalaka Shankar. Interestingly, Shakala Shankar opted for a name change which is very much popular among the audience.

The comedian turned a hero with Shambo Shankara movie. During the promotional events of the movie, he removed Shakalaka from his name and asked everyone to call his name as Shankar only.

The reason behind the name change is said to be a Baba’s advice. A baba reportedly suggested that he will be remained as a comedian if he will be called as Shakalaka Shankar and he will become a hero if called as Shankar.
