TDP men attack Amit Shah convoy

In a big embarrassment to BJP, the TDP activists allegedly attacked the convoy of BJP national president and MP Amit Shah at Alipiri on Friday.

The BJP president was in Tirumala to offer prayers to Lord Venkateshwara. The TDP activists wearing black badges raised slogans in support of special category status and against Amit Shah. Holding the TDP flags, some TDP men have tried to block Amit Shah’s convoy at the Alipiri check-post.

They also raised slogans like “Amit Shah Go Back,” “We want justice” and “Give us special category status”.

Some BJP activists tried to obstruct TDP men and this resuleted in minor tiff between the two groups.
