Amit Shah spews anti-muslim vitriol in Nirmal rally

What else can be expected from the BJP party president Amit Shah but blatant polarisation efforts, ahead of the Assembly elections in Telangana on December 7th?  On  a day-long visit to Telangana to address election rallies he singled out the MIM and  claimed that only his party could provide a government in Telangana which would not be dependent on the Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen  and its leader Asaduddin Owaisi.

Speaking at  a rally in Nirmal district in Telangana, Amit Shah said that the AIMIM was a “Razakars party”  and that TRS president and former  CM,  K.Chandrashekar Rao was afraid of it.

Taking a dig at the closeness between TRS and MIM parties, Amit Shah said that KCR had no time to visit the families of the victims of the Kondagattu bus accident, which killed 57 but had time to “eat biryani” with the Owaisi brothers.

He also derided the TRS for not acting against the “hate speeches” of Akbaruddin Owaisi in 2012, in Nirmal and Nizamabad districts.  “This is the land where Akbaruddin Owaisi gave a speech. He insulted Hindu gods. There was also a case against him. But this Telangana Rashtra Samithi government failed to take action against him,”he said.

Shah also condemned the resolution of TRS to increase the reservation for Muslims in jobs and education from 4% to 12%, calling it unconstitutional.
