Congress party is in a state of shock. It faced major debacle in the elections and now many leaders are leaving the party from all corners.
Recently, Congress President Raghuveera Reddy has submitted his resignation. On Wednesday, he clarified that he had resigned on May 19, but it was yet to be accepted by the Congress party’s high command.
Raghuveera Reddy further said that he had submitted his resignation even before the AP Assembly election results were declared.
” I have repeatedly requests the party top leadership, but my resignation is neither accepted nor declined. I will remain with the Congress party and would continue,” he added.
He said:” I’m nowhere in this process. I have already submitted my resignation and I am no longer the party president. CWC should convene a meeting at the earliest and decide”.
