Rajamouli praises Rana’s ‘Ghazi’

Rana Daggubati-starrer “Ghazi”, based on the mysterious sinking of PNS Ghazi, a Pakistan-deployed submarine during India-Pakistan 1971 war, has won over filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli. He feels the underwater war drama has excelled.

“Riveting show by the captain and his crew. Both on screen and off screen. Team Ghazi excels. Congratulations Rana,” Rajamouli tweeted on Sunday.

Directed by Sankalp, Rana played Lt. Commander Arjun Varma in the film, which has released in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil.

The film, which is titled “The Ghazi Attack” in Hindi, also stars Kay Kay Menon, Atul Kulkarni and Taapsee Pannu.
