Varla Ramaiah to quit TDP?

A war like condition is prevailing in Telugu Desam Party ever since AP CM Chandrababu Naidu gave his nod for YSRCP Pamarru MLA Uppuleti Kalpana’s entry into the TDP. This has deeply upset senior TDP leader Varla Ramiah. Uppuleti Kalpana defeated Varla Ramaiah from Pamarru in the last Assembly elections. Now, the million dollar question is that If Uppuleti joins the TDP, who will Chandrababu choose as the MLA candidate from the party.

Ever since he lost elections, Varla is sweating out in the constituency and preparing ground for the next elections. But now he feels that the TDP is depriving him by welcoming Kalpana in the party.

It is learnt that Varla Ramaiah left the TDP leader’s workshop in Tuesday by expressing his displeasure.

He reportedly told his loyalists that he has been fighting against the YSRCP MLA for the past three years and how can the party take her. Miffed with this, Varla is planning to give a jolt to Chandrababu very soon

The talk in the political circles is that some YSRCP leaders using this opportunity to lure Varla into the YSRCP. Some YSRCP leaders have reportedly held meeting Varla and tried to convince him to join the Jagan’s party. He has not given any assurance to the YSRCP leaders but he might quit the TDP if Kalpana joins the TDP.On the other hand, Chandrababu sent some senior TDP leaders to pacify Varla Ramaiah who has considerable following among the Dalits.
